Our working approach.

SBG ensures its collaboration is private and ultimately secure, thus protecting sensitive company information from leaks that can often happen with other sounding board processes.

The advice offered can often be the product of a first highly focussed conversation with the SBG discussion partner, who engages in a collaborative discussion with the Client. A short working session of approximately 2 hours will generate initial guidance on the direction of company resources and risks to be managed and advice on what resources may be required for ultimate success.

Should the Client choose, SBG offers the ability to involve further collaboration as required by colleagues with relevant know-how to provide input and resources as needed by initial conversations.
